AdikGenius ("we", "us") provides a learning platform for children ages 4–12. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We designed AdikGenius to collect as little personal information as possible.
Accounts are created and controlled by a parent or guardian. Children do not create their own accounts and cannot sign up on their own. A parent sets up one account and may add a learning profile for each child.
We use the information above only to operate the service: to sign a parent in, to show each child the right lessons, to save progress, and to let a parent manage profiles and rewards. Token rewards can only be spent using the parent's account password.
We use Supabase to store account and progress data, and Cloudflare to host the website. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
We keep account data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated child profiles and progress at any time by emailing [email protected].
Because AdikGenius is intended for children, a parent or guardian is responsible for creating the account and providing consent for their child's use. We are actively working toward formal COPPA (US) and PDPA (Malaysia) compliance, including verified parental consent, ahead of a wider launch. If you believe a child has provided us information without a parent's involvement, contact us and we will remove it.
